What’s the role

We're looking for motivated and energetic young professionals to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. As a Business Development Manager at MenuSifu Inc., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will work closely with restaurant owners and foodservice providers, providing tailored technology solutions that optimize their operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping businesses succeed in the digital era.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at MenuSifu Inc., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will work closely with restaurant owners and foodservice providers, providing tailored technology solutions that optimize their operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping businesses succeed in the digital era.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the restaurant and foodservice industry.

● Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.

● Develop and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, distributors, and industry partners.

● Understand customer needs and propose customized solutions using MenuSifu’s suite of restaurant technology products.

● Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and sales presentations.

● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

● Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

● Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote MenuSifu’s brand and solutions.

● Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

● Proven track record of successful B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, restaurant technology, or foodservice solutions.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

● Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.

● Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.

● Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales tools.

● Bilingual proficiency (English & Chinese) is a plus, as many clients are within the Asian restaurant market.

● Ability to travel as needed within the assigned sales territory.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in restaurant technology, SaaS, or foodservice.

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

● Experience in client-facing roles, cold calling, and closing deals.

● Must own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
