What’s the role
We're looking for motivated and energetic young professionals to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. As a Demand Generation Manager at MenuSifu Inc., you will be responsible for integrating demand generation and advertising strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion. This role will lead and execute paid advertising campaigns while managing lead nurturing initiatives to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales funnel.

As a Demand Generation Manager at MenuSifu Inc., you will be responsible for integrating demand generation and advertising strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion. This role will lead and execute paid advertising campaigns while managing lead nurturing initiatives to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Nurturing & Management
● Design and implement lead nurturing strategies across multiple channels (such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, and online events) to engage potential customers.
● Manage the lead lifecycle, driving the conversion of leads from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).
● Develop and oversee marketing automation processes to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversion rates.
2. Advertising Campaigns & Optimization
● Develop and execute advertising strategies, managing key paid media channels such as Paid Social and Direct Mailing.
● Optimize ad copy, audience targeting, and budget allocation to enhance campaign performance and generate high-quality leads.
● Monitor real-time advertising performance, continuously refine strategies based on data insights, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
● Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies, exploring emerging channels and advertising technologies to drive innovation.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration
● Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and facilitate seamless progression through the sales funnel.
● Collaborate with content marketing, creative design, and product teams to ensure the successful execution of demand generation initiatives.
● Conduct regular team discussions to evaluate campaign performance and develop optimization strategies.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
● Regularly analyze and report on advertising and demand generation performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
● Provide strategic recommendations based on key metrics such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate, ensuring continuous improvement.
5. Strategic Planning: Develop the overall demand generation strategy, optimize the lead nurturing process, and ensure the efficiency of marketing automation and lead management.
6. Team Leadership: Guide and train demand generation team members, enhance team capabilities, and optimize internal processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, paid advertising, and data analysis.
● Proficiency in major advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
● Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and lead nurturing processes, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies.
● Solid knowledge of digital marketing, with expertise in ad campaign optimization, data analysis, and A/B testing.
● Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams efficiently.
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance using data insights and recommend optimization strategies.
● Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
● Experience in B2B demand generation and paid advertising is highly preferred.
● Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
