Job Overview:

EZ Capital is dedicated to providing financing solutions for small businesses, helping entrepreneurs access the capital they need to grow and succeed.

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Chinese) Marketing Intern with a passion for financing and content creation to join our EZ Capital team.

In this role, you will be responsible for regularly delivering engaging content, generating ideas to increase customer engagement and supporting content marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is responsible, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities (but are not limited to)

● Create high-quality, engaging content related to business, financing and industry insights in both English and Chinese for WeChat, blogs, Xiaohongshu, Linkedin, and BBS.

● Assist in drafting compelling cold emails to support business development goals.

● Support the execution of social media management, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Finance, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.

● Committed and available to work 20 hours per week

● Relevant experience is a plus.

● Proficient in both English and Chinese, with the ability to produce professional content in both languages.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and industry-related forums (BBS).

● Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar for content creation.
