About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the local sales team to manage sales orders, address client inquiries, and deliver exceptional service. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving regional sales growth and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Assist in the sales process, including preparing applications, documentation, and helping close deals.
● Track and follow up on sales orders and shipments.
● Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
● Contribute to optimizing sales department processes.
● Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
● Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
● Sales & Service: Familiarity with sales principles and customer service practices.
● Startup Savvy: Experience working in startup environments is a plus.
● Problem Solver: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ● Personality: Friendly, confident, and engaging.
● Skills: Basic administrative skills and a proactive attitude.
● Industry Knowledge: Experience in software/restaurant equipment sales or credit card processing is a plus.
● Education: BS/BA degree in business, sales, or a related field is a bonus.
