Core Responsibilities
1. Community Strategy & Management
○ Develop and execute comprehensive community-building strategies, including defining target demographics, brand positioning, and core value propositions
○ Establish and maintain community platforms (WeChat groups, Xiaohongshu communities, branded forums) to drive organic growth and active participation
2. Content Development & Engagement
○ Create and distribute brand-aligned multimedia content to stimulate member interactions
○ Implement incentive programs to encourage user-generated content (UGC) and peer-to-peer advocacy
3. Data Analytics & Reporting
○ Track community health metrics including daily active users (DAU), engagement rates, and membership growth
○ Conduct A/B testing to optimize content strategies and engagement tactics
○ Generate actionable insights through community sentiment analysis and behavioral mapping
4. Experiential Campaign Execution
○ Design hybrid events combining digital interactions and physical activations
○ Develop loyalty initiatives with time-sensitive offers and membership exclusives
○ Collaborate with sales teams to nurture community-sourced leads
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
2. 3+ years of professional experience in community management, social marketing, or content strategy (B2B/B2C exposure preferred)
3. Platform expertise in WeChat Community Management, Xiaohongshu Brand Operations, and mainstream social ecosystems (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Communities)
4. Demonstrated ability to produce high-conversion campaign assets across multiple formats
5. Cross-functional collaboration skills with CRM and product teams
6. Crisis management proficiency for large-scale community moderation
7. Native bilingual fluency with polished presentation skills for global stakeholder alignment
