‍The 2024 NRA Show wrapped up smoothly over the past two days in Chicago, once again drawing the attention of restaurant professionals from around the globe.

MenuSifu X Hestia

At this year’s NRA Show, we officially announced our partnership with Hestia to introduce their automatic cooking machine, capable of whipping up a dazzling variety of dishes.

From prep work to stir-frying to cleaning, this single machine handles it all, taking just three minutes from placing an order to serving the dish.

While the automatic stir-fry machine is still relatively new to markets in the U.S., Japan, and Hong Kong, it offers significant savings compared to traditional cooking methods—cutting gas usage by 50%, oil by 60%, and water by 65%. So far, over 10 restaurants using Hestia’s products have reduced their labor costs by an impressive 66%.

Hestia combines the latest AI technology with precision mechanical engineering to not only perfectly recreate classic dishes but also ensure impeccable consistency in presentation. This is achieved through a sophisticated system of sensors and controls.

What’s even more exciting is the added Hestia Cloud recipe feature. Restaurant owners can store their own recipes and also access a library of recipes created by top chefs, complete with exact seasoning measurements, cooking times, and temperature settings.

When paired with MenuSifu POS, restaurants experience seamless integration from the front of the house to the kitchen. Orders placed through MenuSifu POS are instantly transmitted to the Hestia cooking machine, minimizing delays and allowing the cooking to start immediately.
